Thanks so much for visiting my Just Giving Page. This year i'm taking part in PTSD UK's DIP A DAY DECEMBER Full Cold Water Challenge!
Weather permitting I’ll be getting into the sea every day in December without a wetsuit and wearing a swimming costume, with (if I have to) neoprene gloves, swim hat and socks to retain some heat. I’ll be sharing daily updates on my Just Giving Page and keeping you posted on the challenge.

I'm fifty-six this year and i've set my target for fundraising at £560. I welcome you to help me raise funds for this charity and help to raise awareness of PTSD and C-PTSD which is often an invisible illness.
PTSD can’t always be seen behind the smiles but it's there and can be life limiting and disabling at times. PTSD changes how you feel about yourself and how you relate to the world after trauma. Raising awareness is key in enabling those with an existing or new diagnosis to receive the right kind of help and support at the right time and when they need it most.
